Pumpkin Seeds Take 3

This year is my third attempt at making pumpkin seeds. Finally -Success! I lowered my temperature to 275 degrees, roasted them for 10 minutes, and miraculously they didn’t burn.

I used 1 tablespoon per cup of seeds, which I think was a little too much, or maybe I should’ve roasted them for a longer amount of time?

1. Mix up your concoction. I made 5 different batches:

-cinnamon and sugar

-garlic powder and salt

-paprika and salt

-pesto with a little Parmesan cheese, weird I know, but I LOVE my pesto!

2. Spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 5 mins. Stir and roast for 5-6 more minutes. Easy!

I held a little taste test with  my friends and cinnamon sugar, salt and garlic were the hits!
